About this Course

Instruction is provided in power development, power strides, starting, stopping, lateral mobility and power drills. Skills taught in this program include balance, agility and coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your skating skills. A CSA- approved hockey helmet is MANDATORY for this program. This is not a Learn to Skate class. Participants must be able to skate unassisted and have a desire to improve their speed and skating skills. Please note that on the first day of classes, participants will be assessed to determine if they are a suitable fit for the program. NO CLASS THURSDAY APRIL 3rd
