About this Course

Traditional karate and jiu-jitsu/aikido is a realistic and effective form of self-defense, where children learn balance, agility, kicking, and coordination. This form of karate incorporates katas, punches, blocks, throws, locks, kicks and self-defense techniques. Parents do not participate.
